Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Mount Dora Fire Station 34/Emergency Operations 9
Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 332, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Financial Services to fund the Mount Dora Fire 16
Station 34/Emergency Operations Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 332. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
