Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Lakes NW 164th Terrace and NW 163rd 9
Terrace Drainage Improvements Project is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rul es of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 413, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $667,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miami Lakes 16
NW 164th Terrace and NW 163rd Terrace Drainage Improvements 17
Project as described in Appropriations Project Request 413. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
