Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Polk County - Frank B. Smith Emergency 9
Generator Replacement is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 226, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $140,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Polk County - Frank B. Smith 16
Emergency Generator Replacement as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 226. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
