Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Polk County History Center Chiller and Air 9
Handler Replacement is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 228, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of State to fund the Polk County History Center 16
Chiller and Air Handler Replacement as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 228. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
