Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Fort Meade Fire Engine Replacement is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 376, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $700,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Financial Services to fund the Fort Meade Fire 14
Engine Replacement as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 376. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
