Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Surfside Coastal Dunes Rehabilitation Project 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 339, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $800,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Surfside 16
Coastal Dunes Rehabilitation Project as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 339. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
