Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Winter Park Nicolet Pond Stormwater Treatment 9
Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 198, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Winter Park 16
Nicolet Pond Stormwater Treatment Project as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 198. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
