Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lake County Ferndale Preserve Lake Apopka 9
Waterfront Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of R epresentatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 355, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Lake County 16
Ferndale Preserve Lake Apopka Waterfront Improvements as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 355. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
