Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. County Road 42 Flood Zone Crossing Improvements 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 352, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
County Road 42 Flood Zone Crossing Improvements as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 352. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
