Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lincoln Park Community and Vocational Center is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 351, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $152,600 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 14
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Lincoln Park 15
Community and Vocational Center as described in Appropriations 16
Project Request 351. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
