Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Trout Lake Nature Center New Education Complex 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 307, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Trout Lake 16
Nature Center New Education Complex as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 307. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
