Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. South Bay Stormwater Flood Control and Waterway 9
Management Phase 3 is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representati ves and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 316, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the South Bay 16
Stormwater Flood Control and Waterway Management Phase 3 as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 316. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
