Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Horseshoe Beach Drinking Water Improvements is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 401, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Horseshoe 14
Beach Drinking Water Improvements as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 401. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
