Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Broward College - STEM Center Remodel and 9
Expansion Phase 1 is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 425, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $8,871,171 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Broward College - STEM 16
Center Remodel and Expansion Phase 1 as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 425. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
