Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Abate of Florida Safety and Education is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 460, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $300,000 from the Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund is 13
appropriated to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor 14
Vehicles to fund the Abate of Florida Safety and Education as 15
described in Appropriations Project Request 460. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
