Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. COG First Responders Paramedic Program is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 254, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $260,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Health to fund the COG First Responders Paramedic 14
Program as described in Appropriations Project Request 254. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
