Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Moffitt Cancer Center Partnership School Pasco 9
County 6-12 is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 172, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $7,115,181 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Moffitt Cancer Center 16
Partnership School Pasco County 6 -12 as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 172. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
