Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Senator Howard C. Forman Human Services Campus: 9
Compass Place Independent Living Expansion is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 227, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $294,145 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Senator Howard 16
C. Forman Human Services Campus: Compass Place Independent 17
Living Expansion as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
227. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
