Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Alliance for Assistive Services and 9
Technology is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 59, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $305,585 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Florida Alliance for 16
Assistive Services and Technology as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 59. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
