Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Zephyrhills Kossik Road and Fort King Road 9
Sewer Main/Water Main Extension is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 399, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the 16
Zephyrhills Kossik Road and Fort King Road Sewer Main/Water Main 17
Extension as described in Appropriations Project Request 399. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
