Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Dade City Wastewater Transmission Forcemain is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 424, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $4,725,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Dade City 14
Wastewater Transmission Forcemain as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 424. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
