Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami-Dade County Model Lands North Canal 9
Everglades Wetland Restoration Project is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 415, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miami-Dade 16
County Model Lands North Canal Everglades Wetland Restoration 17
Project as described in Appropriations Project Request 415. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
