Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. STEM Teacher Pilot Program is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 239, herein incorporate d by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Education to fund the STEM Teacher Pilot 14
Program as described in Appropriations Project Request 239. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
