Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Plumbing Skills Program is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 225, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $130,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Plumbing Skills 14
Program as described in Appropriations Proje ct Request 225. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
