Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Our Pride Academy, Inc. is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 50, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Our Pride 14
Academy, Inc. as described in Appropriations Project Request 50. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
