Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Marion County PFAS Remediation is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 456, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $4,732,275 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Marion 14
County PFAS Remediation as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 456. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
