Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Suwannee County Emergency Operations Center is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 511, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Division of Emergency Management to fund the Suwannee County 14
Emergency Operations Center as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 511. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
