Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Sarasota Performing Arts Center - Resiliency-9
Focused Architecture and Design is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 488, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $990,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of State to fund the Sarasota Performing Arts Center 16
- Resiliency-Focused Architecture and Design as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 488. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
