Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Palm Beach County Lake Okeechobee Shoreline 9
Restoration is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 387, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,600,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commissi on to fund the Palm 16
Beach County Lake Okeechobee Shoreline Restoration as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 387. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
