Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pembroke Pines Senator Howard C. Forman Human 9
Services Campus Utilities Improvements/Connections is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 508, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,236,792 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Pembroke 16
Pines Senator Howard C. Forman Human Services Campus Utilities 17
Improvements/Connections as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 508. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
