Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pensacola State College - Asphalt 9
Improvement/Replacement is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 540, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,104,513 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Pensacola State College 16
- Asphalt Improvement/Replacement as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 540. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
