Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Peace River Center Community Mobile Support 9
Team (formerly Sheriff's Outreach Program) is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in T he Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 314, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $850,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Peace River 16
Center Community Mobile Support Team (formerly Sheriff's 17
Outreach Program) as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
314. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
