Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Marco Island Smokehouse Bay Bridge Replacement 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 523, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,702,512 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Marco Island Smokehouse Bay Bridge Replacement as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 523. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
