Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Osceola County North Lake Tohopekaliga 9
Restoration and Water Quality Study is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 416, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Osceola 16
County North Lake Tohopekaliga Restoration and Water Quality 17
Study as described in Appropriations Project Request 416. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
