Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Atlantic Beach Aquatic Gardens/Hopkins Creek 9
Flood Mitigation Phase 3 is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 400, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Atlantic 16
Beach Aquatic Gardens/Hopkins Creek Flood Mitigation Phase 3 as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 400. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
