Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Operation New Uniform is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 420, herein incorporated by refer ence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $700,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Operation New 14
Uniform as described in Appropriations Project Reque st 420. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
