Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Seminole County Juvenile Drug Court is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 576, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $260,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
State Court System to fund the Seminole County Juvenile Drug 14
Court as described in Appropriations Project Request 576. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
