Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Windermere Water Master Plan Central Phase (LK 9
Butler Waterway and N of 6th Ave) is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rul es of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 531, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,081,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the 16
Windermere Water Master Plan Central Phase (LK Butler Waterway 17
and N of 6th Ave) as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
531. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
