Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Windermere Water Master Plan South Phase (South 9
of 6th Ave) is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 530, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,206,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protect ion to fund the 16
Windermere Water Master Plan South Phase (South of 6th Ave) as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 530. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
