Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Sankofa Black Cultural Tourism Enhancement is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 457, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of State to fund the Sankofa Black Cultural 14
Tourism Enhancement as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 457. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
