Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Pahokee Marina Improvements is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 600, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Pahokee 14
Marina Improvements as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 600. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
