Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. The Florida Holocaust Museum: Security & 10
Educational Enhancements for Students, Educators & Scholars is 11
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 476, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 16
the Department of Education to fund The Florida Holocaust 17
Museum: Security & Educational Enhancements for Students, 18
Educators & Scholars as described in Appropriations Project 19
Request 476. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
