Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Naples Botanical Garden Florida Center for 9
Nature-based Solutions at Phase 3 is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 505, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $650,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Naples 16
Botanical Garden Florida Center for Nature -based Solutions at 17
Phase 3 as described in Appropriations Project Request 505. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
