Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Marco Island South Water Treatment Plant West 9
High Service Pump Station is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 503, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Marco 16
Island South Water Treatment Plant West High Service Pump 17
Station as described in Appropriations Project Request 503. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
