Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lauderdale Lakes Water Quality Improvements & 9
Canal Bank Restoration Stabilization Project is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 509, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $399,695 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Lauderdale 16
Lakes Water Quality Improvements & Canal Bank Restoration 17
Stabilization Project as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 509. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
