Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Regional Entrepreneurship Centers and Small 9
Business Loan Fund is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 601, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportuni ty to fund the Regional 16
Entrepreneurship Centers and Small Business Loan Fund as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 601. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
