Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pinellas and Pasco Counties Youth Advocate 9
Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 477, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Juvenile Justice to fund the Pinellas and Pasco 16
Counties Youth Advocate Program as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 477. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
