Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Research University Alzheimer's Research Using 9
Exablate Neuro Focused Ultrasound is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rul es of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 222, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Board of Governors to fund the Research University 16
Alzheimer's Research Using Exablate Neuro Focused Ultrasound as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 222. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
