Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. University of Miami - Medical Training and 9
Simulation Laboratory is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Re presentatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 374, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the University of Miami - 16
Medical Training and Simulation Laboratory as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 374. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
