Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lake Clarke Shores Aquatic Vegetation Removal 9
to Improve Lake Worth Lagoon Water Quality is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 443, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to fund the Lake 16
Clarke Shores Aquatic Vegetation Removal to Improve Lake Worth 17
Lagoon Water Quality as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 443. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
